I have come across a deserter in my tree. Edward Hill Born 1852 in Aylesham norfolk, deserted the Royal Horse Artillery on 5th March 1872 at Woolwich. thanks I hadn't heard that 1861 Pimlico was missing. I still can't find her first marriage though that would have been 1870/71. I realise maybe she didn't get married but she married a second time so I think she also married her first husband.
