1939 Letters in Hospital records

I have just looked up a relative who was in the Battle Hospital Reading Berks in the 1939 Register. Between the Columns for Surnames and other named and Married or Single is a column with O.V.S.P or I. what do the initials indicate please

Thank you every one who has made contributions. Prudence was Richard Vokins / Vaukins Wife her maiden name was Watts. She was the daughter of Charles Watts and Mary Watts nee Heath.
