We welcome any query on Who When Where. If you have previously posted it on another forum (including the old WDYTYA forum), please state this in your opening post - this will save people redoing the research which has been done before: they can look at it and possibly go further with it.

Re: Military Service Records - Any Progress?
Thanks Paul and Norfolk Nan. Bizarrely, it's reassuring to find I'm not the only one waiting!

Re: Military Service Records - Any Progress?
Norfolk Nan - are you still waiting for these records? I applied for two sets in May and have still heard nothing. I applied from them in 2020 and they eventually returned the payment saying the cheque was older than 6 months so they couldn't accept it - we've had that discussion about the validity ...

Storage of documents
I have recently come into ownership of a number of fairly old house deeds, letters, legal documents, photos etc and want to store them properly.
Can any one recommend a supplier for archival envelopes, boxes etc.
I already have the white gloves for handling the material so I've made a start!

Re: WDYTYA - 23 November - Joe Sugg
I understand your view MIck but this is only a cut and paste from the listing review for the programme. Admittedly I added the bit about his training as a thatcher and a celeb on SCD but that's not giving anymore information about the programme's content. Some people like to know who the individual ...
