We welcome any query on Who When Where. If you have previously posted it on another forum (including the old WDYTYA forum), please state this in your opening post - this will save people redoing the research which has been done before: they can look at it and possibly go further with it.

Re: Old Palace School Bombing 80th Anniversary
Thanks Paul, I have updated it further with additional info and pictures.
I am hopeful that by sharing this in as many places as possible that I might be able to trace further descendants of those that sadly lost their life that day.

Old Palace School Bombing 80th Anniversary
Yesterday was the 80th Anniversary of this tragic event. This is one of the saddest and most tragic stories I have written about and what is still today, the Largest ever loss of life for the London Fire Brigade at one incident. This involves my Great Aunt, but it's also one of the research projects...

Re: How to.............

I have researched their lives over the years and have put together a few tips and ideas for anybo...

Re: ITV confirms the line up for the brand new series of DNA Journey
Having watched both series I have to say that I much preferred the BBC series. The ITV series was just about the celebrity, rather than the story, much preferred the BBC programmes as they centred on the individual stories. We have to accept that these programmes are catering for the masses rather t...

It was nice to see you there Guy, plus a few others that I recognised from the genealogy world. It was great to have these zoom chats and the opportunity to see each other, albeit on a screen!

Re: WW1 Medals Framed
Thanks for the compliments. It's quite expensive, but everything's relative to what you can afford or are willing to pay, I wanted it done properly and I'm only going to do this once, so I didn't mind paying a bit extra. These are all hand made specifically to order, hence why they are a bit more. A...
