Is it Catherine Wallace? The 'e' at both names looks weird.

It’s pretty obvious to me! I think you’re looking for problems. Remember, the enumerators were filling out lots of forms, so one can forgive the occasional poor handwriting, but in my opinion they made a good fist of thie one.
Edit: Obviously not a cesnsus, but even Vicars suffered from the same problem.

It is Catherine Wallace, domestic servant. Certainly better than some entries!.
