DNA Family Secrets - BBC

Post by phsvm »

Has anyone else been watching this series on BBC 1? I'm afraid my fascination for family history has over ridden my dislike of the presenter and I've watched both episodes.

The BBC have obviously jumped on the success of Long Lost Family and tried to reproduce their own version. For me, I think it's a bit clunky and doesn't seem to flow.

I expect I'll be tuning in for the next episode though

I tuned in for the third episode, only because it mentioned genealogy in the review but after ten or so minutes it seemed to me that it was not about genealogy but DNA and meeting people, so I turned it off!.

You may wish to look at the DNA forum, where these programmes are also being discussed!
