TNA reopening guidance

Post by Thunder »

This should be useful to researchers. The not so good news is that the restaurant and cafe facilities will be closed, even though Government guidance says they can open as long as people sit outside. Whether the website works when everyone logs in at 12 Noon on Monday is another question.

It has taken me 5 hours to get documents ordered as TNA have an intermittent web page problem, others are still struggling. I am not surprised and I mentioned my concerns to TNA last week over whether their system could cope and it obviously couldn't. In the mean time there are no bulk order seats available for the next 4 weeks. Very poor!.

This is the latest news, just 30 minutes earlier opening time and 40 minutes later closing, but they still close at just 3.30pm!. TNA have to improve and help researchers research and not put obstacles in their way. It will be noted that the cafe will not be open on Saturdays!.
