Just found this wonderful database by accident: https://www.sussexrecordsociety.org/dbs/pl/

Surnames menu on the left-hand side of screen. When you locate a surname of interest, click on the Reference number link. It brings up a screen with additional and most welcome details. NOTE: Finding a Settlement Certificate record with family member names and ages is almost like having an early census record. :D

Hi Jon - good to know these records are also on FS. It's a shame I don't have any West Sussex ancestors. :roll: I could really use online resources like these for my 18th-century Isleworth lot.
