Yes 50% off, but why?, are they looking for more researchers or do they have enough money from us!.

Possibly because the 1921 is less likely to be used as much by many researchers than earlier census, for a variaty of reasons and such offers may entice such reseachers to view some more of what they deem to be "less important records", rather than leaving them until they become free or other companies have the 1921.
