Dodimead family

Post by Thunder »

In case anyone is looking for information on the family TNA have two files (CRIM 1/728) lists Mabel Gladys Dodimead as Mabel Gladys DIDDIMEADE!. There is also a divorce court file J 77/1883/8878 for her husband (Samuel David Dodimead), this appears to be before he married Gladys.

Makes sense that it was before he married Gladys! Otherwise Samuel might have been on trial for bigamy!

Divorce Court File: 8878.
Appellant: Samuel David Dodimead.
Respondent: Ada Gertrude Dodimead.
Co-respondent: George Hearn.
Type: Husband's petition for divorce [hd].
