Who When Where

I would like to upload a couple of old photos but I can't figure out how - can anyone help?

When you post or reply to a post, and the text box appears, at the bottom of the page you’ll see two tabs for Options and Attachments. Click on the attachments tab, to attach photo’s.
Why both tabs can’t be combined I don’t know, it would be simpler if they were
