Just to say two things, firstly they have no pencil sharpeners! so you have to use a new pencil provided, down goes another tree!, so much for saving the environment. Secondly although catering is available in TNA from Tuesday to Friday (not Saturday), the cafe is not open at all!. The Costa coffee shop at the Kew Retail Park, just around the corner, is, I haven't checked Marks & Spencer in the Retail Park.
